Called number 20 minutes before arrival at Gatwick and was met by a rep who was waiting took the car went through the checks and told and given card about returning. As i was leaving from South terminal and arriving North it .....
All as expected .....
The number on the email confirmation and the postcode was incorrect. When I dialled the number on the email, they told me to ring different number and gave me a different postcode which stressed me out as I was driving .....

Overall I had a great experience with Parking Buddy. The communication was very good throughout both via e-mail and over the phone and the service was extremely prompt at both drop off and pick up locations. .....
Overall the service was good and with a few tweaks if could be great. It was frustrating at drop off that we'd been waiting the longest however when the chaps returned to collect a few cars they didn't ask this, just went to .....

Apart from miscommunication from one of the drivers which cost extra for waiting at Heathrow and myself getting the stating the wrong arrival time, it went smoothly. I must state though there was an unsual high mileage not .....
